Prague Orloj

The Orloj is mounted on the southern wall of Old Town Hall in the Old Town Square. The clock mechanism has three main components — the astronomical dial, representing the position of the Sun and Moon in the sky and displaying various astronomical details.

Our Menu

Guests can choose bewteen three tasting menus or choose 3, 4 or 5 courses from the various menus. The “Classici” tasting menu features our signature dishes from over the years, while the “Max” and “Raf” menus change with the seasons.

Charles Bridge

One of the most recognizable old bridges in Europe, magnificent Charles Bridge (Karluv Most) boasts 32 unique points of interest along its 621-meter span. Built in 1357, the bridge has long been the subject of a great deal of superstition.

Always there for a full reasonable inspection. Knows the difference between up to code and satisfied code when built which is important to both Buyer and Seller. Recommend having an inspection when listing your property so you do not come across issues that you weren’t aware of when you get an offer. There is enough stress involved so a pre-sale inspection is a small cost for peace of mind

Michelle came out on a weekend when we needed a mold inspector in a pinch. She has a lot of experience and you can tell from the get-go. Michelle spends the time explaining what she has observed and gives her expert opinion on how to address the situation. She was responsive to questions throughout the process and called to follow up to explain her final report. She takes ownership of the problem and is there to help figure out the best next steps. I highly recommend going to Michelle and Blue Sky Inspections if you need a mold professional.

I had some concerns about potential mold in my basement bathroom. I wanted to get an expert’s opinion and thus searched Yelp for a local professional – I was delighted to find Michelle. For a very reasonable fee, Michelle and her assistant came to my house (at a time that was convenient for me) and performed an inspection. This included an air quality testing – both indoors and outdoors – as well as a visual inspection. Michelle spent significant time discussing my bathroom environment as well as potential causes for mold growth – as well as remediation options. In the end, there were no signs of mold growth in my home, and my concerns were alleviated. I was very happy with Michelle – she takes her work seriously and is a consummate professional.

Michelle from Blue Sky was extremely professional and courteous. We set up an appointment after the wait time was over from the mold treatment. She was on time for the appointment. Explained the process. Called in a couple of days with the Lab result. Then forward a copy of her report and the Lab’s by email. She was very pleasant and nice. I hope I don’t need her services again but if I do I will most definitely call her.
